Removed content notifications should include "removed by" user

Details

    • We collect Confluence feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

    Description

      Currently there is no way of knowing who removed the content in the remove events hence it is not possible to display in the email notifications. To propagate this information down, we should perhaps pass around a context (from the action) to the remove function on the managers containing information such as the user.
