To set global permissions as defaults for space permissions

      Original title: To set global permission for specific action e.g. to delete comment (delete their own comment)
      Currently we are unable to set global permission for specific action e.g. to allow user to delete comment.
      Now it seems that we need to go to each space (Browse Space > Space Admin) and assign it from there.
      And we need to keep on adding the permission to every new space

            Linked to CONF-2559 and added my vote.

            At the very least, it would be nice to change the default permissions for new spaces. As it is now, we have to remember change the space permissions every time we create a new space.

            We have added the following permission for all Confluence users:

            • Delete News
            • Delete Comments
            • Delete Attachment

            The full right is as attached. Closting ticket.

            We have also raised request new feature for adding global permission for specific action
