Further to CONF-2079, I'd like the ability to be able to insert a standard cover page when generating a PDF from a single confluence page.
It would also be useful to be able to specify a particular template to use (as a property of a page?) when not requiring the default - e.g. a set of white papers would have a white paper cover page, a user guide could have a different layout without a cover page.
