Site admins are not notified when space admins add users, especially those who are not permitted on the site

      We have hundreds of users, which are members of hundreds of LDAP groups, and we have several dozen spaces that are managed by various space admins.

      When LDAP changes groups around, or when space admins alter permissions, our users often lose their ability to access pages.

      REQUEST: (optionally) send the site administrator a notification when a space administrator adds/removes/changes the space permissions AND/OR allow admin to see all permission changes by space in reverse chronological order.
