Option to not notify on attachment updates

      In reviewing the Calendar plugin, I have started to use WebDAV to publish my calendar file within my personal space. However, every time I update it, it shows up on the "Recently Updated" list. While technically correct, I would like the option to allow some attachments to update silently. No notifications, no display in "Recently Updated" macros, etc.
