We are using an Apache Tomcat/6.0.32 application server

We have an issue with some users when they upload a file/document or image to an area. The watchers of the area receive an alert email even when Notify Watchers button is Un-ticked.

We have tried removing and adding the watchers to the page but they still receive alert emails when we don't want them to.
