Drag and dropping an image embedded in a HTML macro above the page will add it as an attachment

      Issue Summary

      In the latest based Chromium browsers If you embed an image inside a HTML macro by using HREF or an IMG tag when you drag the image onto the page in view mode it will add it as a new attachment.

      This is related to CONFSERVER-75002 - Drag and Dropping anything above page will add it as an attachment.

      It now only affects images inside an HTML macro.

      This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add a HTML macro to the page
      2. Add a link to an image and save the page
      3. Drag that image in view mode anywhere on the page
      4. Notice a new attachment and version is added

      Expected Results

      Nothing happens if you accidentally drag and drop an image on the page

      Actual Results

      A new attachment and version is added as a duplicate.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
