Issue Summary

When previewing a word file (docx) in Confluence, the nested list items are missing and are not rendered. A screen recording missing_nested_list.mov and a sample file are enclosed to demonstrate this behaviour.

• This only affects Confluence installed on Windows OS.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Confluence on Windows OS
2. Attach test_list_file.docx to a page >> Publish
3. Click on the thumbnails to open the preview window

Expected Results

The preview window should render the nested lists as expected

Actual Results

Nested lists are missing from the preview window

Workaround

The related document can be viewed from the attachments list by clicking the View button next to the attachment name.
