TXT files appear blank in the File Preview when Confluence OS is Windows

Issue Summary

When using the View File macro, the file previewer for TXT attachments is shown as blank.

Environment

• Confluence 7.13.1 + AdoptOpenJdk 1.8.0_202 (Windows)
• Chrome 98.0.4758.102

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Spin up a Windows-hosted Confluence
2. Create a sample TXT file with some content in it
3. Upload the TXT file to a Confluence Page
4. Add Viewfile macro to the page and select the uploaded TXT file
5. Save the page
6. Click on the Viewfile macro to bring up the file previewer

Expected Results

The content of the file to be accurately displayed.

Actual Results

A blank page is displayed.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
