As CONFSERVER-45898 describes, I have a problem where a teammate shares a page URL in Slack in the most straightforward way, which is to copy and paste the URL shown in the browser's address bar. Then someone renames the page and the link breaks. This happens fairly often.

I also understand as in CONFSERVER-11285 that some people prefer to always display the Page Title Pretty URL. This way, the URL itself conveys the contents of the page.

Both of the above suggestions are over 5 years old and currently show the status of "Future consideration".

I suggest offering a setting available to end users to default to displaying URLs by Page ID or by Page Title Pretty URL. It would be helpful to have it available to end users since admin settings would affect all users and therefore be unlikely for teams to change. Also, Confluence supports both of these formats regardless, so links should work as expected, regardless of each end user's setting.
