Only latest page history comment is shown in page history

      Steps to reproduce:

      1) Create a page (name it: "test")
      2) Edit the page with a comment
      3) Save the page
      4) Edit the page one more time with a different comment
      5) Save the page
      6) View page history by clicking (The page->Info->View Page History)
      7) Only the newest edit comment is displayed (differs from Confluence 2.2.x)
