The version history display only shows the most recent version comment.

• for long lists, version comments indicate sign-posts in the history to help zoom into a particular change of interest, help with reverts and finding old content.
• expect that only the most recent comment would be on the 'info' page, but clicking on version history should give you a comment inline for each version, if available.
