Issue Summary

When exporting to Word .doc file, *Info, Note, Warning and Tip macros are not included

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page and add all 4 macros like so
   
2. Export to Word
3. Open *.doc file in MS Word

Expected Results

Macros are rendered same way they are in PDF

Actual Results

Only Text in macro body is exported, macro body, frame and colour code are not

Note

This looks similar to the CONFSERVER-31307 bug, however exporting to PDF is working as expected

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
