Em-dash inserted in Rich Text Edit breaks after saving or changing to WIKI markup mode

      to reproduce:

      • type an em-dash directly into RT as a unicode symbol (—)
      • save that page

      result: three dashes
      —

      This occurs also when swapping between modes, RT and Wiki markup.
