Whey we export a doc, such as exporting:
      http://docs.codehaus.org/display/GEOTDOC/Home
the order of the pages is wrong. We get
      1. Welcome
      0. Title Page

[CONFSERVER-6543] PDF exports in wrong order

            Hi Jody,

As I do not have permissions to view the wiki markup for your page, I have created a different test page on CodeHaus to try to recreate the reported bug.
The pdf export worked fine. Please see

            http://docs.codehaus.org/display/ACTIVEIO/Home

Hence, I still need to see your Wiki Markup that you are using to create your page to be able to analyse the problem.
Could you please attach it to this ticket?

            Thanks,
            Ivan

            Hi Adrian and Ivan:

We are hosted on the codehaus site so I have little control over how PDF
content is exported, other then what
comes out of the box. For background I am familiar with the template
system - but I am not sure how much (if any) control that provides over
            pdf generation?

Adrian I can change the permission so that anonymous users are able to
export PDF, the way in which the PDF export
option organizes pages is unknown to me, I had assumed it would be
alphabetical (hence starting the pages with numbers
            to specify page order).

            Cheers,
            Jody Garnett

Aside: for reference on a project where we run confluence ourselves we
generate HTML and Eclipse TOC files (compare
            http://udig.refractions.net/confluence/display/DEV/Home vs
            http://udig.refractions.net/help).

            Hello Mr. Benko,

thanks for the prompt attention. I'd love to resolve this issue and hope
that it's indeed not a bug. Unfortunately, I'm not the one to maintain
the website so I don't really know how to answer your question. I've
therefore asked Jody Garnett to answer on my behalf.
            thanks,
            adrian

            Jody,

I'm trying to resolve the out-of-order PDF generation and Mr. Benko has
            responded to my jira bug.

            The PDF export from
            http://docs.codehaus.org/display/GEOTDOC/Home
requires users to be logged in. Is there any way you can change the
configuration so everyone can export a PDF?

Also, since you do the "wiki markup" to generate the PDF, could you give
Mr. Benko a summary of how you do that? He's looking for the rules you
use to generate the PDF. Perhaps, there is an "order alphabetically"
flag that we are not setting?

            thanks,
            adrian

            Hi Adrian,

Unfortunately I have not been able to reproduce the error that you have reported.

I have ran a test on Confluence 2.1.4 and also the newest version 2.2.5. It worked fine.

Although you have provided the URL to your docs, I do not have a permission to view the details.

Hence, could you please provide the wiki markup that you are using?

Look forward to receiving the info.

            Thanks,
            Ivan
