Issue Summary:
Shared drafts do not show Unpublished Changes warning message when task lists or drop downs are modified.
Steps to Reproduce
- Currently, in Confluence, the shared drafts do not show the Unpublished Changes warning message when tasks are modified (checked/unchecked) after modifying in edit mode without saving the page. This also occurs with tasks or drop down lists in certain add-ons (Easy Dropdowns as an example).
- The Unpublished Changes warning message only appears when text is added during an edit without saving the page.
- Attached below is the video of the testing where Unpublished Changes only appears when texts are added.

Expected Results:
It would be better if Confluence gives the same warning message Unpublished Changes when tasks or any changes are being modified. For customers who have a heavy reliance on task lists or certain add-ons, this can make the page information unreliable. This is not mentioned in our documentation: How do Drafts Work.
Actual Results:
There is no warning about Unpublished Changes for certain specific changes made on pages.
This is created based on a feature request: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-59676 because I believe this behavior is a bug and should not be a feature request.
