Add Jforum integration

      A customer has requested Jforum integration.

      Integration with Jforum would be excellent, and is perhaps more preferred than JIVE given that Jforum is free. As JIVE's pricing can be more expensive than a Confluence instance, implementing JForum integration seems like a nice starting point.
