When you add an attachment to a confluence page, it appears in the recently changed as:

chicken.txt by Jim Ley (10 mins ago)

however clicking on it takes you to the attachments page of a page referencing it, with an identical appearing link "chicken.txt" which actually goes to the link, the recently changed link should either go directly to chicken.txt or the recently changed should list the page that has had the attachment added.
