      Issue Summary

      If you change the page title of a confluence page (e.g. "test v1" -> "test v2") and then go into the page history to compare the previous version to the current version, all the headings of the page are marked as "formatting was changed" (the blue highlight) despite the only thing actually changing about the page is the title.

      There's also a feature request to show the changes to the page title: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-24547

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a page named "version 1" with some headings in it;
      2. Edit the page, change only the title to "version 2" and save it;
      3. Go to > Page History and compare the two versions.

      Expected Results

      The title of the page shows as the only changed content.

      Actual Results

      The title of the page doesn't show as changed, but all the headings of the page show as "formatting was changed".

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
