Provide workaround for fixing unknown attachment placeholder with ri:content-entity

      Provide some sort of fix to address already broken data caused by https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-60526.
      This includes only attachments that are broken in storage format by due to an additional ri:content-entity tag which links to current shared draft.
