Please allow editing of links and email addresses included in the ConfluenceActionSupport.properties file

Currenly we can localize the text inside the properties file to Japanese, but cannot edit all the URLs and email addresses which are being inserted dynamically. As a distributor, we'd appreciate the ability to localize these links and email addresses as well, just the same way it has been done for JIRA. You can create a separate properties file for that or change this one, whichever is more suitable.
