      Summary

      This document mentioned using utf8 for PostgreSQL collation.

      • Database Setup for PostgreSQL
        • Character encoding must be set to utf8 encoding.
        • Collation must also be set to utf8. Other collations, such as "C", are known to cause issues with Confluence.

      There is a bug when update collation C to en_US.utf8.
