Description
1) When I export pages to PDF, HTML links in tables overflow table boundaries and tend to be truncated.
2) When I deselect all pages, and then select a page at the top of the hierarchy I want to print to PDF, I have to manually select every page under the top of my highest level page. I anticipate having about 100 pages for some PDF "books". Selection should automatically select everything below a selected page so that I don't have this wearisome error-prone task.
3) It should be possible to move a set pages under a specific page to the last position among the list of pages. It seems that Confluence tries to produce those pages in the order in which they were created.
