      Issue Summary

      When pasting or typing a long URL with a wildcard on the Whitelist page, Google Chrome turns unresponsive for a few minutes.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Access the Whitelist page(with Chrome).
      2. Paste the following URL: 
        http://localhost/standards/CERT2015/*

      Expected Results

      The "type" option will change automatically and fastly to "Wildcard Expression".

      Actual Results

      The page will hang for a few minutes until it can be saved.

      Workaround

      Use another browser like Safari
