Issue Summary

      Emojis are missing in a page exported to PDF.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a new page
      2. Use emojis in title or content, or both
      3. Publish page
      4. Export page to PDF

      Expected Results

      PDF content looks like the Confluence page, including emojis.

      Actual Results

      Notes

      Emoticons (e.g. after typing ``) and images export to PDF correctly.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

            How can this be low priority?

            People are using a lot more emojis these days (since they get a lot easier to use in todays OS) so that means there are relevant information missing from the pdf. It's also not just smileys and the like. Also e.g. arrows (→) are not rendered, even though they are even automatically generated, when typing ->
