Summary

User can customize the default dashboard by going to General Configuration >> Global Templates & Blueprint. However, the column macro is not working when the user adds it into the system template.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to General Configuration >> Global Templates & Blueprint
2. Edit the Default Welcome Message
3. Add a section macro
4. Inside the section macro, add 2 column macro with width 50px and 150px
   
5. Save it
6. Navigate to the Dashboard.
