Summary

When clicking on the Edit with <App> (with excel 2016 etc.) in the attachment preview page, the popup stuck at opening file in <App>..

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Confluence 6.11.1 + Companion App
2. Attach a Excel document to a Confluence page
3. Click on the Excel document to show in Preview
4. Click on the Edit with Excel
   • Excel opens the document fine
5. Now, integrate Confluence with Custom SSO (from https://github.com/AngusWarren/remoteuserauth)
   • Repeat the above test by clicking on the Edit with Excel

Expected Result

Clicking the Edit with <App> should work with Confluence regardless whether Confluence is integrated with Custom SSO.

Actual Result

The popup stuck at opening file in <App>..
No Error appear in the UI

The attachments downloaded correctly upon performing the signedDownloadPath test.
