Description
Summary
According to Is it possible to turn off the table sorting feature users can disable this system add-on if they don't want the table sorting feature in Confluence.
However, if you disable this add-on, it makes impossible to insert the Content Report Table macro (and likely other things).
Environment
- Confluence Server (tested in 6.6.0, 6.10.0, 6.9.1 as of the writing of this bug)
Steps to Reproduce
- Follow the steps in Is it possible to turn off the table sorting feature
- Create a new page.
- Insert the Content Report Table macro on a page, save.
Expected Results
Upon viewing the page, you'd expect to see the macro.
Actual Results
Macro does not display.
Caused by: com.atlassian.soy.renderer.SoyException: Unable to compile Soy templates at: com.atlassian.confluence.plugins.confluence-content-report-plugin:resources
Caused by: com.google.common.util.concurrent.UncheckedExecutionException: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Required plugin module com.atlassian.confluence.plugins.confluence-sortable-tables:sortable-table-hooks was either missing or disabled
Workaround
Workaround would be to leave the add-on enabled.
