Problem Definition

Currently there are a few accessibility issues with the templates for this plugin, it is missing some accessibility code:

• Main Layout
  Manually added HTML lang attribute
  Added skip links that look for specific URL's and update the links To Do
  a. Allow HTML lang attribute to be set dynamically.
  b. Allow Skip links to be created dynamically and incorporate tab-index's and Content ID's into default templates.
• Page Layout
  Remove metadata Skip Link
• Blogpost Layout
  Remove banner Skip Link
