Accessibility fixes for pagetree bundled plugin

      Problem Definition

      Currently there are a few accessibility issues with the templates for this plugin, it is missing some accessibility code:

      • pagetree.js (and pagetree-min.js)
        Update aria-expanded attribute when clicked.
      • children.vm
        Add assistive expand text, role="button" and aria-expanded attribute.
