Summary

Clicking on the Create Meeting Notes button in a space that has a space key that starts with "0" causes prompts a dialog box with the infinite spinning wheel and nothing happens.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a space with a space key that starts with 0
2. In that space create a new page from a template and choose Meeting Notes
3. This will direct you to a new meeting note page in Edit mode. Click Publish.
4. From the side bar, under Page Tree click Meeting notes
5. In the meeting notes UI, click Create Meeting Notes

Expected Results

New meeting Notes in Edit mode is displayed.

Actual Results

A dialog box with infinite loading loop is shown.

Notes

This issue has similar behavior as https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-45606, however, trying to replicate the issue as described in the bug using the steps was not successful in this version of Confluence.

Workaround

Right clicking the Create Meeting Notes and selecting open in new tab will open the page in a new tab with no issues.
