Fix images and view attachment macros in drafts and pages that got corrupted after changing the BaseURL

      Issue to track fixing permanently corrupted images, view attachment macros and user mentions that resulted from a change in the baseURL.

      See the description of CONFSERVER-52060 for a set of symptoms. These symptoms should no longer appear when changing baseURL, but existing pages/drafts may still exhibit the broken storage format. Confluence should attempt to fixed them up by analysing and then recovering the storage format.
