Accessibility: visually impair users cannot create space while using NVDA Screen Reader

Test Environment:

1. Confluence 6.7.0
2. Firefox 57.04 , Chrome 64
3. Windows 10 Pro with NVDA

Steps to Reproduce

Use NVDA Screen Reader to Create Space.

Expected Behaviour

Screen Reader will read the type of spaces in the Create Space dialog

Actual Behaviour

After clicking on the Space > Create Space > the Screen Reader went quiet and does not read any of the spaces type listed in the Create Space Dialog
