Allow Custom Header and Footer to align using Wiki Markup

      Problem Definition

      When adding a custom header or footer from Space Tools > Look and Feel > Sidebar, Header and Footer using wiki markup language, the text remains aligned at the centre.
      As defined in Confluence Wiki Markup align HTML tag is only available for images and is, in fact, working for images.

      Suggested Solution

      1. Add an align wiki markup in Custom Header/Footer in Space Tools > Look and Feel > Header and footer
      2. For example 
        !HEADER RIGHT|align=right!
