      Combining Color and Heading format in Sidebar, header and footer not showing correctly
      The Wiki Markup below added into either Sidebar, Header or Footer will result in double headings

      h1. {color:red}Testing{color}
      

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to > General Configuration > Sidebar, header and footer
      2. Include the wiki markup below into the Header field (this issues is replicatable in either fields)
        h1. {color:red}Testing{color}
        
      3. Click Save
      4. Load any page in Confluence

      Expected Results

      A Header of Red color text in Heading 1 format is displayed on top of every page

      Actual Results

      The Header is being displayed incorrectly as below:

      This Bug is also being reported in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-26596 but it is closed and there is a workaround to achieving the result which is to use the Rich Editor.
      The workaround is not applicable here as Rich Editor is not available at these fields

      Workaround

      This may not be the best workaround but Confluence admins can also consider the method below to create a banner:
