Confluence crashes with user list macro

      Steps to replicate :

      1. Create a page
      2. Add the user list macro into the page
      3. Input * in the group text field as shown in the screenshot below :
      4. Save the page

      Actual Result : Confluence will crash
      Expected Result : It will list down all the users in Confluence

      Workaround : Prevent Confluence from displaying all the users via the following steps

      1. Navigate to Confluence admin >> Add-ons
      2. Search for User Lister
      3. Click on Configure on the plugin
      4. Add * to the text field and click Save.

      This issue will only happen when the Confluence server have a large user base.

            If you're running the Confluence 6.6 Enterprise release, a fix for this issue is now available in Confluence 6.6.3, which you can find in the Download Archives.
