Image "Title Text" is lost for images when using Wiki Markup

      Summary

      Wiki markup editor does not correctly set "title" (alt) attribute for images

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Page
      2. Insert the following markup onto a page as an example (choose Insert > Markup): 
        !https://www.atlassian.com/dam/jcr:416a5a7b-55dc-435d-a3e3-22aa2650ba5d/atlassian-B400.svg|title=test1, alt=test2!
      1. Click the image and go to properties
      2. Add a Title: "Atlassian Logo"
      3. Save changes
      4. View the Page

      Expected Results

      1. When hover on the image, it should show Title Text : "Atlassian Logo"

      Actual Results

      1. When hover on the image it doesn't show the Title Text
      2. Edit the page
      3. Click the image and go to properties
      4. It is observed the Title Text value is Lost.
