User profiles not editable with LDAP user management

      Hi,

      using Confluence 2.1.2 with full LDAP user management and clicking on my user "profile"
      -> the profile summary says: "Read Only Account"
      -> the user cannot edit his user profile, the "Edit profile" link / tab does not appear.
      -> all user accounts configured in LDAP are affected
