Ensure that the current edit profile action respects whether or not a user is Read Only. If the user is RO, do not let the user access the edit profile view. It might also be useful to present a 'this profile is read-only' message. We could also list the user's repository. So, the user would end up seeing a message like: 'Your account details are held in $repository.name and are Read Only within Confluence.'
Change password functionality should only be available if userAccessor.isWriteable(user) == true
The same idea applies to editing email addresses, full names, and passwords.
