Allow admin to be able to login under another user name

When I add certain permissions to some users in Confluence ands Jira, I'd like to test those by login as those users and check that all permissions are correct and all required pages are accessible and all pages that should be restricted are not accessible.

I'dlike to be able to do it without knowing or resetting user's password.
