At the moment, if the team calendar license is not active or has expired, the following message is shown with a link to the team calendar license page in the admin section.

The team calendar license page is not should not be accessible to administrators in Studio / OnDemand, so this message should have a link to my.atlassian.com instead, because that's where OnDemand customers will administer their license.

To implement this, we can have the licenses generated by HAL encode a key value pair like this:

com.atlassian.ondemand = true

Then some code in team calendars could check the license for this value and display the appropriate message.
