All new OnDemand instances will be bundled with Team Calendars in the near future, and customers can choose to activate their 30 day trial of Team Calendars when their OnDemand instance is provisioned, or they can choose to start the trial at a later date. If they choose the latter, no Team Calendar UI should show up in Confluence until the trial is activated.

Note this requires Team Calendars to acknowledge three different license states: inactive (no license), licensed and expired.
