      The request is to have the time input selectable between AM-PM and 24h format.

            PLEASE REOPEN THIS TICKET FOR CLOUD INSTANCES:
            In order to change the time format when adding events to Team Calendar, the language should be set to English (US) - which we do not have in Cloud, and we are unable to download.

            Per Confluence Documentation:
            Confluence Cloud and Team Calendars for Confluence are available in English (UK), French, German, Japanese, and Spanish.
            Cloud applications don't currently support the installation of language packs from Atlassian Translations.

            The user's chosen language will determine the format of date input.
