      NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      Is it possible to add the following functionality to calendars in Confluence?:
      > 1. View full calendar year.
      > 2. Toggle view among Day/Week/Month/Year from macro.
      > 3. Add color coding for specific items without using different calendars for each color.
      > 4. Toggle view of various groups off/on from Macro (much like the option available through the "my calendars" view).
      > 5. Enable edit permissions without delete permissions so that users can add/remove events but not accidentally delete the calendar.
