When I tried to search for a user in the "manage user" in adminstration, I couldn't find anything unless I typed in the entire username or Full Name or email address EXACTLY the way user entered. This doesn't make sense since I frequently do not know the full name of a user or the full email address and the case user used to enter the email address. The filters in previous versions (at least in 1.4.4) allows partial keyword search and was much more friendly.
