JIRA Date Range appears 1h off in Confluence

      Jira (v. 6.0.8) has custom date fields (Date Picker) ..

      when creating a JIRA Calendar in Team Calendar all events which are multiple days (date rage function) appear to start from 1am start date to 1am final date ..
      when having a one day event (start - and finish date is the same date) then it works fine.. >> appears as a full day event

      Jira and confluence have same date/time settings .. users on both have same date/time settings as well
