Notify new answers from Confluence Questions on HipChat

      We've recently had notifications integration from Confluence Questions with HipChat implemented, as per this request.

      However, this integration only allows HipChat notifications to be triggered when a new question is posted. Certain customers would like to have the possibility to also have notifications for when that question is answered.
