You can use third-party apps to add the spreadsheet functionality to Confluence.

My Use Case:

In my team Sprint Planning meeting, we vote on User Story Point of next sprint tickets. I have a table like this

I want to sum the points in Total row using a SUM function, since I have many tickets.
