    • We collect Confluence feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

It would be useful, especially in large tables, to be able to filter it to only see certain content, such as where your own name is mentioned, or a certain status appears, etc, etc.

Ability to filter table contents, natively or without plugin - it is a basic function!

Ability to filter table contents would be very good to have - it is a basic function!

There is a Table Filter add-on that can filter data in tables in different ways.

We still using metadata-list based collections of information and make use of filter options provided by reporting and metadata-supplier plugin.
It would be very beneficial for us to shift to blueprints and page-properties based reporting collation. However without filter options the whole 'blueprint' and page properties stuff is half designed and a construction area. The only applicable filters are

            • 'space'
which we definitively don't want to promote to facilitate filtering of e.g. meeting minutes or product-requirements, etc ...
            • 'label' (but only one)
marking pages by labels is appropriate for categorization, but we don't want to mirror certain page properties values into labels...

            So please implement this.
            Thanks in advance

I am part of a Product Management team that would like to start using Confluence to manage all of the product ideas that are constantly coming our way. For each new idea, we plan to create a page from the Products Requirement template. Confluence automatically creates an index of all Product Requirements pages, which is great, but this index is going to contain hundreds and thousands of ideas. It'll be pretty difficult to search and maintain that index without some sort of filtering.
