Server Base URL becomes N/A after restoring from a Cloud backup.

      Steps To Replicate :
      1. Export a backup from cloud
      2. Import into Confluence Server
      3. Generate a support zip
      4. Check application.xml file
      5. Search for <server.base.url> in the xml file
      6. The server base url becomes N/A
        <server.base.url>N/A</server.base.url>
        
      Workaround
      1. Log in Confluence as a system administrator
      2. > General Configuration
      3. Select Edit
      4. Ensure Server Base URL is displayed correctly in the text field
      5. Save

      or follow the steps in

      to make the changes.

      Note : Due to this issue, it may prevent synchrony from working properly right after the restoration.
